When should concertgoers arrive?
The concert will be 1 ½ hour long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket. The performance will start promptly at the start time.
Is the venue accessible by wheelchair?
Yes, the venue is accessible by wheelchair.
Are food and drink available?
There will not be any food or drinks available. It is also prohibited to bring any food or drinks. Bottled water authorized where required.
Can I purchase a ticket at the concert?
Yes, tickets are available at the concert for purchase. Tickets can also be purchased through the website (www.thirteenstrings.ca) prior to arriving to the concert.
